A3/C Partners I GP Co Limited (d.b.a. "A3C") as general partner of A3/C Partners I GP SLP is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. A3/C Partners LLP is an appointed representative of Langham Hall Fund Management LLP which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Terms & Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions of use ("T&Cs") set out how you may use the website operated by A3/C Partners LLP and the publicly available content displayed on it (collectively, the “Site”). These T&Cs apply between A3/C Partners LLP (“A3/C”,”A3C” “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the person accessing or using the Site (“you” or “your”). By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to them, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by English law. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

No person other than you or us has any right to enforce these T&Cs.
